Production times vary depending on the product:
Jewelry Message Cards (Heart Necklaces, Message Card Jewelry, Dog Tags, Photo Jewelry): 1–2 business days
Custom Name Jewelry (Name Necklaces, Name Bracelets, Name Earrings): 5–8 business days
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.
As long as your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
If your package is already in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier using your tracking number to request a redirect or hold for pickup whenever available.
Can I Change My Personalized Text?
Yes, but only within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this period, your personalized item will likely already be in production, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Although our jewelry is made to last, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or using hot tubs.
Frequent exposure to chlorine, salt water, soaps, lotions, and perfumes may reduce the lifespan and finish of your jewelry.
How Should I Store My Jewelry?
To help preserve its beauty, store your jewelry in a dry, cool place when not in use.
We recommend using a soft-lined jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches, tangling, and unnecessary wear.
Keeping your jewelry away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight will help maintain its shine for years to come.
